This is the beginning of the Nakadori series.
We confirmed with the liquor store that it would be in stock this year as well, starting in October. We were able to get it without a hitch 😊.
The color is a pale yellowish green with a light nigori.
First, without mixing in the ori.
It has a sweet green apple aroma and a mild mouthfeel.
It has a bright apple-like sweet flavor with a strong bitter taste.
Then, when you mix in the ori, the taste becomes softer.
The sweetness is calmed down and it is easier to drink when mixed with ori.
Tenmei Zero = grapefruit flavor
I had an image of grapefruit flavor,
This year, the sweetness is stronger and the acidity is more subdued.
This time, we prepared a new snack.
I first learned about guacamole at an izakaya the other day,
It's a Mexican dish made by mixing avocado with jalapeño, onion, and lime 🥑✨.
I wanted to recreate it with what I had at home, so I added yuzu kosho, onion, and kabosu to the avocado to make it Japanese style.
Also prepared tortilla chips,
Dipped in a refreshing avocado sauce.
Oh, so filling 😆.
