Today I went to the Hankyu Brewery Festival, which Neemuchi-san told me about.
I had a great time tasting a lot of sake ðµ.
I was impressed by the fact that all the breweries we visited today are focusing on food sake.
The fourth photo is of the sakes we welcomed today.
And in the evening, we went to a local Italian-style creative restaurant that we visit several times a year.
I am a big fan of their beautiful and delicious food.
First, a three-sake drinking comparison.
Left: Haruka rice field label
Clear bitter pungent taste.
The lingering pungency is pleasant.
It has no sweetness, but when served with a meal, it is a good match for ðïž
Middle: kurukuru
Refreshing sweetness from the sake taste.
It has a bitter finish, so it goes well with a meal.
Right: Ryuriki Jinryu Nishiki
Pungent bitterness from the sake flavor.
It has a robust taste.
Not much sweetness.
The last one I had was a Cheese!
This is the first sake from this brewery that I have had.
The mouthfeel is smooth.
It had a gentle bitterness in the center and a soft sweetness that spread slowly.
It is difficult to describe the taste, but it was a very delicious sake.
Today was a full day full of sake ð.

It was my first time at Hiraizumi and it was indeed beautiful and deliciousâš
It was sake from the Tohoku region that made me fall in love with sake, and it made me want to drink a lot of it again too ð.
