On New Year's Day, I wanted to move to my wife's parents' house and go out for drinking... but my child got sick due to food allergy and we had to go to the hospital... 🥺.
The next day I caught a cold and was so tired that I finally recovered and went home today. 😮💨
So here is my review!
The top aroma is slightly apple aroma.
The nose has the same gorgeous aroma of apples and pineapples.
The gasiness is pleasant, and the sweetness and acidity are strongly felt.
The umami is less pronounced than expected, but not too strong or weak, just right.
The impact of the flavor is in the early to mid-palate, and there is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste at the end.
I was originally supposed to drink it at both of my parents' houses, but I ended up bringing it back home, but I'll take my time and drink it with my wife😅.
