I was introduced to chuin-san as a way of saying hello to you since you cared about him.
It was my first time to meet them, but as I had seen in the sakewa, they were enjoying sake together as a couple, and it made me happy to be there with them 😊.
The toast was with Jikin, which opened today!
The exterior is clear crystal with fine gas bubbles in the glass 🫧.
It has a very pleasant ginjo aroma with fruity yellow apples, apricots, melon, and a refreshing acidity. ☺️
On the palate, a light acidity spreads quickly, followed by a beautiful sweetness that quickly mingles with the gentle acidity, which diffuses and then quiets down to disappear.
The finish is mildly bitter and tight.
As it is a pure sake, both the aroma and taste have clear contours and a lively freshness 😄.
The aroma is good and the taste is clean and very coherent, just like a junmai ginjo. ☺️
I like it very much among the Jikin and would like to drink it at home 🍶.
I also drank Choyo Fukumusume Saito no Shizuku and Shikishima Yamada Nishiki Special Junmai 🍶.
