I went to Yamaoka-ya!
Special miso, green onion, chashu pork, korocha
Gyoza and beer 🍺!
It's a party for one 🤣.
Over 2,000 yen...maybe a little too much 🤣.
Well, it's ok because it's delicious 🤣.
I should have had a consecutive holiday from yesterday, but I haven't finished my work yet, so even if I finish eating, I still can't finish my work yet 🙄.

Is the aroma lemon sour? Muscat? Somewhat sour type aroma. Maybe it smells like Senkou beetles?
The light, light, and refreshing mouthfeel is followed by an apple-like sweetness and umami, and then a citrus-like bitterness and sourness.
It is a sweet, slightly refreshing water.
Personally, I would prefer it to be a little less sweet 🍶 but it's still delicious. ❗️
