I'm going to be busy tomorrow with my wife's trip to her parents' house in Saitama, so this is my last post for this year, although it's a little early ✨.
I saw Tatenokawa-san on the web ads so much that I ended up buying a packet of their Tatenokawa-san's Tate-nyan series 😊I got the zodiac sign label since I'm posting over the New Year ✨.
It has a sweet aroma that is gentle but heavy. Gentle on the palate, with a hint of gas on the tip of the tongue ✨.
The umami flavor is well spread in the mouth along with the sweetness. The acidity comes slowly. The bitterness is not like Jun Dai. However, it doesn't feel fruity and it's surprisingly rich or heavy 🤔I think I'll get tired of drinking it😅.
I'm ready for New Year's sake in a week 😁.
Thanks to you I enjoyed my first year of drinking 😊.
