The year is almost over. The last sake of the year...
I decided to have Ryoseki Shuzo's Hanamup 😀.
The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma 😊In the mouth, it has a good balance of beautiful sweetness, fragrant and elegant flavor and mellowness 😚👍✨The lingering taste is clean and smooth😍💕It was another delicious Hanamup this year 😘.
The fourth one was at Ramen Yamaoka-Ya to finish off the meal. Premium soy sauce tonkotsu🐷🍜♥️✨My preference would be the special miso 🤔.
I was able to meet a lot of sake and ramen this year 💮I will travel again next year in search of good encounters 😋Have a happy new year everyone🥳!

Maecin-san, thank you for finishing the Yamaoka family... I'm from Aomori and I like the pre-shoyu because of the niboshi (dried sardines) 😊 but I admit that the special miso is the best lol.
