ヤスベェAfter taking the Sake Navigator course, my wife and I took the 3rd level of the Sake Certificate, and today we both received notification that we passed without incident 😀.
So today we are celebrating with a toast to our family's toast sake, Sansho 🍶.
I've written about it many times as a staple sake in our house, so I won't say what I think of it now, but it's definitely a delicious sake😇.
My wife says this is enough for her and that from now on we will enjoy sake without studying for exams, but I'm going to study sake a little more to improve my skills 😇.
