I'm so happy to be back!
It's impossible to open 5 bottles at the same time.
I'll open the next one when I finish one 😅.
The aroma is a light ginjo aroma.
The aroma of the rice is not as strong as it should be because it was chilled.
It has a gassy and slightly effervescent feel to it.
The clean sweetness is impressive😆.
Later on, the rice flavor and sweetness come out and it's very flavorful😋.
The bitterness is gone and the sourness is gone.
Last year's sake was unpasteurized, but this year's sake has been pasteurized due to the effects of the Corona disaster.
But it's still very juicy and delicious🎶.

I'm not a fan of the label design.
The label design is really soothing 🎶.
The first kotatsu cat was sold in January and the last one was sold in July 😅.
I'm sure they'll be fine because I keep them in my cellar at a controlled temperature😁.
