Today my wife and I went to my parents' house.
My father's health seems to be neither good nor bad since he left the hospital, but there are some difficulties that only he can understand.

The complex flavor is wrapped in a soft sweetness.
The second half also has a soft bitterness, and the aftertaste is refreshingly thin and pungent.
The overall taste is gentle and thin, but the balance is very good, and the light and smooth mouthfeel makes it easy to drink and does not interfere with food 🎵.
We were able to spend another blissful saké time today.
