I see the mark on the label has changed 😳
100% Akita Sake Komachi
Koji rice 60%, Kake rice 60
Alcohol 13 degrees
White wine-like aroma and taste like white wine.
Sweetness, a little strong acidity, bitterness
Sweeter than 2022 which I drank in winter 🤔.
The 2nd day was the sweetest day, and it seemed to settle down until the 4th day.
I prefer the 2nd day!
The back label says "The balance between acidity and sweetness has settled at the ideal point for this season and is a model for future batches." It was my favorite of the Ecru I drank. ❣️
It was sweet, so I paired it with a gift 🍇, but the 🍇 was too sweet and didn't match the sweetness of the liquor 😂.
The green one is called "Shine Muscat" and the red one is called "Queen Nina" which was new to me!
The skin is edible, seedless, and tastes like a grape!
It's so delicious💕!
It's amazing how much it's evolved 😳

Good evening, Pon-chan.
I see that you are very active in the Otsu Festival, including volunteer work on the Hikiyama. ⤴️
I haven't had ecru in a while, but it still looks delicious✨
I'm so jealous 😁✨✨✨

Good evening, Pon😄.
Ecru is nice. I haven't had it in a long time 😖I hear Queen Nina is delicious. I've never had it so I'm jealous 😋It doesn't go well with alcohol 🤣.

Good evening, Ponchan 😃The same ecru is sleeping in my house too 😆I'm a scaredy-cat, it's hard for me to read when to open the new government 💦But I believe Ponchan's words when I open this one, I'll try my best to leave it until the second day ‼️

Good evening, Pon 😃.
Ecru, it's intoxicating. ☺️ I'm also keen on pairing it with grapes👍.
I've been air-pairing it with kijoshu... or maybe with mascarpone to soften the sweetness of the grapes while keeping them in tune with the sake 🤤.

Good evening, Ponchan.
I see you changed the mark on the label😳
I like ecru but I don't think I see it often among the COLORS 🤔.
I eat 🍇 a lot so I want to try it😍.

Hi, ma-ki-chan 🐦.
I'm feeling more and more decrepit and my motto is to do what I want to do while I still can 😆 I'll do my best while I still can 🤭.
I haven't had ecru for a long time either... I'm surprised it always tastes so good!

Thank you Yasbay, thanks here too 😊.
I still see them this year, but I don't think I even saw them last year 🤔It's hard to come across them, probably because of the price. I wish I had kept it because it was delicious 😁.

Hi Takechi 🐦.
I thought it would be a good match because it looks like a sweet white wine, but it turned out to be zero sweetness 😳I found out that grapes are very sweet 🤣 my husband gives me the white eye when I try different things 😂.

Hi Waka-chan 🐦.
I think 1 cup each with Yuki is not enough 😆 It's sweeter so it tastes good from the moment you open it 😉 It's best when it tastes good, so don't hold back and open it up 🤣.

Thank you Aladdin for this one 😊.
It's a quintessential ‼️ cream cheese was ironic delicious! Mascarpone would go well with 🍇 and wouldn't spoil the sweetness of the alcohol 🙄 I wonder if I can get it next year 😂.

Hi bouken 🐦.
I googled why it changed and couldn't find anything 💦Maybe they manufactured less of the lower price in relation to the amount of rice last year 🤔I regretted leaving this for November 🥺.

Good morning 🤩.
I wonder what has changed on the label 🤔I haven't seen Shinsei for a long time, so I can't tell the difference 💦The grapes of recent years are really delicious 🤩I can eat the whole skin, so it's like eating the whole deliciousness 👍

Hi Kojo 🐦.
The symbol in the middle of the label has changed😊It's hard to tell because they look so similar😂.
I've never seen a seedless Delaware before 🍇, much less the whole skin 💦Great research by the growers 😳.
