It has a sweet taste with a strong umami, perfect for the coming season!
It's a taste that is rich but not waxy!

The second one: Nagano Hakuba Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo
Beautiful fruity with apple-like flavor!
It was shown in "God's Chart" with different specs, and I wanted to try it!
