I decided on this one because I wanted something different from the usual.
This bottle was brewed by Yamawa Sake Brewery and Shinzawa Brewery.
Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 40%.
It goes down your throat so smoothly. I don't know if I should say this, but it has a fresh, slightly sweet taste, like water, and is very easy to drink. It is very tasty.
