The second drink at Seasonal Cuisine Saisai was a drink you just had to have! This is the first time to drink at Horie Sake Brewery's Kinjaku!
This time, it's autumnal sake!
We did it - we bought another label at the brewery, and now it's finally the Golden Chun Chun we've been longing for!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. It smells fresh, doesn't it?
When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth mouthfeel.
It is already delicious, with a sweetness and a slight sourness that is refreshing.
The lingering bitterness and umami are also blissful~!
The impression is that it is richer than it is rich, and it is a delicious sake!
My wife was also pleased with the taste!
