And I've been wanting to try it for the first time 🤩.

I looked up "Manzai" as an ingredient 😆.
It was used in the Taisho emperor's coronation ceremony.
Manzai" from the rice fields of Okazaki city was dedicated to the Emperor Taisho at the first Taisho Ceremony of the Emperor's accession to the throne.
It was recently re-cultivated to revitalize the area 🤔.
It was originally used for food rice.
Maruishi Sake Brewery inspected the rice and found it to be as good as O-machi rice.
Maruishi Sake Brewery found that the rice was as good as Omachi rice and started making sake😍.
The rice is characterized by "a fruity, apple-like ginjo aroma and a smooth, rounded, moderate sweetness.
