I'm so happy to be here... 🤣.
The day before yesterday, I drank a bottle of Jikin's Omachi Hi-ire, which was delicious, so although it was not a special day at all, I wanted to drink Jikin slowly at home today 🤣.
There was also a Hi-ire Oumachi, but I dared to choose the Hachitan-Nishiki Nama today 😇.

As expected of Jikin, which has a good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity and bitterness in every bottle 😇
Compared to the Jikin Omachi Hi-ire that I drank the day before yesterday, I felt that the Omachi was moist and beautiful and the Hachitanishiki was gorgeous and beautiful... 😀 That's the difference between the Hi-ire and the Raw.
I couldn't tell if it was the difference between Hi-ire and Nama or the difference in the rice used for the sake 🤣.
The sake we drank together, Sairai and Haneya's Kasumi Sake, was also delicious and we had a delicious home drinking experience😇!
