I wanted to drink Harushika's toso sake on New Year's Day, but they were out of it, so I bought a bottle of the original toso sake. I forgot about it and didn't prepare the sake for the toso 💦.
That's right! I have just one gou of that sake I got.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 16° C to 17° C
I made it with 30ml of mirin (sweet sake) for 1 gou of this sake, and it was easy to drink without the usual sweetness.
It was very smooth and tasty after a few hours!
And as usual, it was hard to get the gold leaves out 🤣.
But I think sweet is the way to go for a toso 😁.
Next time I make it, I'll choose mirin (sweet sake)!

I have been drinking sake since I was a child 😋 and I was the youngest in my family, so I always had it in a small sake cup 😆.
It's easy to make, just soak the sake in toso and mix it with mirin 😁.
