If you see this label and this phrase goes round and round in your head, you are definitely of the Showa generation 😂.
But they are aiming for it, aren't they? There is also an illustration featuring Linda Yamamoto 😜.
This sake is a limited spring release as it is inspired by the spring 🌸 Urara 🍶.
The only thing they disclose is the alcohol content, and they don't even disclose the rice used or the rice polishing ratio, so I'd say drink it without any preconceived notions 🥰.
From the aroma, it has a gorgeous fruitiness 👌.
And the mouthfeel is very light and youthful.
It has a taste of grape🍇 and I feel like I'm drinking white wine🍷 as it is ☺️
This is a white wine with almost no bitterness, so even sake beginners will like it.
It can be made into a sake sour and served with dessert, or I think it's just the right sake to drink lightly before going to bed.

This Mutsu Hassen is the nearest Uemoto store to Nerima Kasuga-cho station on the Oedo line. He is an eccentric shopkeeper, but his selection is quite good ❗️👌
