Today my wife wanted pancakes, so we enjoyed a pancake lunch - Yoshimoto Manzai Theater - liquor store - body care - our favorite yakitori restaurant!
My wife and I had a good laugh at the fact that there are many comedians who are funny, even though we don't see them on TV very often!
The last thing to do today was to go to my favorite yakitori restaurant - I am looking forward to seeing what I can drink today!
So, the first drink at our favorite Yakitori restaurant was Saku-sama from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten!
This time it was Honochi!
This is my first time at Honochi, so I'm looking forward to it!
So let's get started!
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the sweetness from the gentle sake flavor.
The mouthfeel is smooth, yet a little thick.
The fruity taste is also slightly refreshing.
I have the impression that the sake and the spiciness are well balanced.
Saku-sama's junmai sake is delicious!
While it has a richness, the taste is refreshing and easy to drink.
