Last night (March 18) was the Tokyo Off-line Meeting.
I arrived at Jujo station after work after 21:00 and joined the after-party.
It was hard to catch up with everyone who had already finished their work from the first meeting 😅.
I was happy to see everyone in real life.
I didn't take a single picture so no review.
I think I had 2 draft beers 🍺🍺, Risshun Shibori, Amami, and Hirotogawa from a brewery in Chiba prefecture.

I was happy to see tkmts back this morning (March 19).
Tonight I, too, will have Kame no Umi (Akane Sasu).
Junmai Daiginjo with 49% polishing. Kinmon-nishiki.
It is the hanpunshu of the Akanesasukai.
It has an elegant sweet and savory taste.
It may be an image, but it is made from sake rice grown with reduced agricultural chemicals, so you can feel the nourishing naturalness and materiality of the rice.
I also opened a bottle of Kame no Umi "Haruura" and drank some.
Takeshon-san said that it was very gassy at first, but after a few days, it became sweet and delicious.
