The sake we chose for our commemorative 100th check-in was also from Kangiku 🍶.
It had been in the fridge for almost a year!
It smells like muscat, tastes fruity but not too sweet, and the bitterness at the end is just right!
The taste is fruity but not too sweet, with just the right amount of bitterness at the end.
I regretted that I should have drunk it right away.
The rice used for this sake is Tokushima Prefecture's Kenaiyama, which is said to be the only rice used for Sharaku and this sake!
Alcohol content: 15%.
Polishing ratio: 50%.
