I find myself picking up Nagano sake.
tkmts.
I've been curious about Kurosawa for a long time.
The first drink is 80% when polishing rice.
Unexpected development that it is light nigori!
But Hitogokochi sake rice
I only remember it being delicious.
Slightly dry nigori sake
Dry, but not too sweet.
Bittersweet rummy taste with a touch of acidity
Even with 80% rice polishing ratio
It is a delicious nigori sake without any peculiarities.
And at 1080 yen plus tax, it's a cosy treat!

Good evening 😉 The label looks like a Kurosawa movie, very cool and serious.

Good evening, tkmts🌆.
Looks like a delicious dry nigori sake❗️
Less sweetness = more dryness⁉️?
If it's acidic, it will go down a treat 😁.

tkmks!!! Good morning😄
Never seen or heard of "Kurosawa" before! 💦
Sounds like something delicious 😋.

Good morning, Tsuyodai!
It looks shabby😅.
The color of the sake is also a little yellowish white and ugly lol.
But when you drink it, the acidity is surprisingly fresh.
It was a pleasant feeling 😄.

Haruei Chichi♪
Kamo Kanehide and Ona no Nigorigo are also crisp, but I felt the acidity was stronger in this one!
I had it with white fish sashimi.
Wasabi soy sauce did not go well with it 💧.
A quick change to carpaccio was a big hit🙆🏻♂️.

When it comes to "Hitokochochi", Shinshu Kamerei
Don't you remember😅?
It's getting even harder to find this year.
I'm satisfying my cravings with other Shinshu sake🤣.
It seems like a brewery that brews only with local rice.
I love the attention to detail!

Good morning 😃
Hitogokochi is a famous Nagano sake, and you can't go wrong with it 🎶.
I think I've seen this brand somewhere before... where was it 🤔

Maa.
tkmks!!!
Yes, you really can't buy Shinshu Kamerei!
Sold out quickly💦.
Lately, I've been able to stop by Mochizuki because I've been working at the Atsugi Soba site, but they don't have it in stock at those times😅.
I think I'll get another Shinshu sake too 😄.

The texture is like apricot.
There are nuances to this ☺️.
Have you ever eaten apricot⁉️
Maybe I have and I felt it 🤣.
I was curious about the other Kurosawa 😄

I've always had the image that Mr. Mochizuki had 💦.
If you can't find it there, the others are even harder 😰.
But I got the Yamada Nishiki just in time ✌️.
It's kind of too good to drink 😫.

Shinshu Sake Master's
Mr. Yama, when you say
You are very convincing 😆🙏.
Personally, I will continue to particularly
This is the Shinshu sake I want to pursue 🙋🏻♂️.
Not many stores carry it, but I'll do my best!

Good evening, tkmks!
I love Nagano sake too, but I have never seen this brand before.
Hitogochochi and nigori with 80% milled rice ratio is just awesome!
And reasonably priced.
I'll look for it on my next expedition to the Northern Alps!

Good evening, Mr. Samuchi.
Kurosawa seems to have a lot of lineup.
It's made from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast
I'm sure you'll enjoy the flavor 😁.
Sounds like a fun expedition 🎶🏔.

Good evening, tkmts🌇.
I remember drinking Kurosawa about 10 years ago when it was recommended to me at a tavern near Sakuhira station on a business trip and it was delicious.
Nagano's sake has a lot of players, doesn't it?

Hiraccio, good evening 🌙
Nagano Prefecture is really high level.
It is partly because of the abundance of locally grown rice.
The same high level of Fukushima sake
It has a different nuance 😌.
I can't escape the world of sake 🌀

Mr. tkmts Good evening. This is a brand I had hoped to encounter someday. It looks cosy, tasty and interesting, so I'm going to go for it in earnest.

I've been wanting to try it too.
I finally found it😄.
Kurosawa, the other ones look good too.
I'll try for the next Kurosawa too👍
