For the first time in 3 years, 39 is an orange label that expresses the bright and positive side of this year.
It will be served cold.
When the bottle is opened, there is a strong sizzling sound of gas.
The glass is covered with a large amount of numerous air bubbles.
The color shows a slight yellowish tinge.
The top aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma like ripe fruit.
The mouthfeel has a slight gasiness and acidity that spreads on the tongue with a sizzle. The taste is sweet and umami with a strong sense of umami and a full-bodied flavor. The sweetness is not too assertive, but enhances the umami.
After swallowing, the sweet umami spreads and is juicy, with a pleasant slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
The impression is not diluted by the high milling and low miscellaneous flavors, and it also has an Oumachi-like quality that is just as I imagined it to be.
