🕊️🐢Hunter 4️⃣th bottle
Yesterday, we successfully got our second bottle of this season's Junmai Ginjo Namaishiki Miyamanishiki from Shinshu Kamerei😇.
So I decided to open a bottle of Hitogokochi Hi-ire, which I had already obtained before 😀.
As I expected, Shinshu Kamerei's sake from all rice varieties have different expressions, but they are all outstandingly delicious 😀.
It has a deep fruity aroma and taste, but is not cloying at all and does not interfere with the meal, but rather complements it well 😀.
And it's delicious even if you drink it by itself after a meal😇.
I love you after all 🐢 ❤️
Moreover, today's table was lined with cranes (Gokotsuru) and turtles (Shinshu Kamerei) from Nagano, a delicious dining experience😇.
