This is the third version of Imi's ❣️ Junmai Ginjo ✨.
I haven't had the previous one yet.
I was able to get a bottle at Koyama Shoten this time.
I opened it first ✨🥂✨.
Sweet and fruity aroma
When you drink it
Sweet and tasty and a little tangy!
The second half of the bottle is filled with sourness and bitterness.
Jungin is still sweet ♡♡♡♡ and goes well with sweet food
And it goes well with sweet food 😘.
It went well with sweet simmered dishes 😋.
And this time
I matched it with gâteau chocolat that my daughter made.
It's very nice. ❣️
I enjoyed drinking it 😆💕.

Today (8th), Dora went to Nagano 🚙.
The first purpose was Shinshu Kamerei's Mari label ❣️
The brewery was selling a limited edition of 700 bottles starting the day before on Friday, but to our surprise, 550 bottles were sold on Friday, a weekday this year, and only 150 bottles are left ‼️
By the time Dora-chan arrived, there was already a long line and the draft was sold out 😭.
(There seemed to be a lot of people in line who looked like C-Country people)
But they decided to sell the hi-iri ahead of schedule and we got ours safely 😆👍.
After that, we went to Shimizuya and had a bottle of Toyoka Black Label 🖤.
Then we went to Tsuchiya Sake Brewery and got a bottle of Haruura, a limited edition sake from the brewery 😆👍.
