This time it is Narumi's Junmai direct-pressed raw, white label. This sake is from Katsuura City, Chiba Prefecture. I want to pay attention to Narumi this year! I've been thinking about it, but I'm so impatient that I haven't had a chance to drink it yet💦 that I'm opening the bottle. It has a clear appearance with a slight effervescence. There seems to be a little bit of ori, but you can't see it! We will drink it cold. The initial aroma is sweet, like cotton candy. The taste is of bittersweet summer oranges! When you take a sip, it goes from bittersweet to tart like summer oranges, sweet from the koji, and fresh bitterness that is clean and delicious. Juicy summer tangerine flavor with depth and fizzy fresh bitterness 👍! Supa-uma 😆💕 Pairing is a recent favorite in our house. Firefly squid and chrysanthemum greens with peperoncino, yummai 😋. It's also fun to prep the firefly squid 🦑♪ What shall we have next Narumi 🤔💭?

Hi Hirupeko, good evening 😃. I'm curious about Narumi, I've never had it before, but I see it's bittersweet: ☺️ I'm also curious about the bittersweet x bitter pairing with firefly squid and chrysanthemum greens 🤩. I like bitterness, so I'd like to drink it if I see it 🍶.

Hi Hirupeko, good evening 🌛. I see it's not "Narumi" but "Narumi" 😲It's the first time I've seen this brand 😁. It's the season of the seafood that spring calls for, and this year, I hear the firefly squid is in good catch, so you can eat it at a reasonable price ✨.

Good morning, Peco! I didn't feel the bitter taste because I drank it from the bottom of the bottle, but I guess it's citrusy bitter? This sourness is good 😊. Pon-chan, this is even more sour than Hatsuzakura 😂.

Hi Aladdin. Narumi is a sake from the southern part of Chiba prefecture and has a characteristic acidity 😅I have not been able to drink it at all while explaining 😅this is my task for this year's Chiba sake 📝The white label bittersweetness was delicious 😊.

Hi, Gyve. Yes, that's right! It is called "Narumi" and "Naruka" in Japanese. I hear that firefly squid is cheap this year, but I can't really benefit from it in my area 😭 but it's delicious so I end up buying it 🦑.

Hi, Matsuchiyo-san. I didn't shake the bottle much, so I wonder if the bottom of the bottle gives a different impression? Yes! I feel Hatsuzakura is sweeter. Kumezakura, Hatsuzakura, and Narumi in my house all have impressive acidity, but it is interesting to compare them and see how their personalities come out differently😆.
