Kaiun: Tachiharu Asa Shibori Risshun Asa Shibori that I bought on the 5th. The person at the store said the freshness of the freshly squeezed sake is good, but but the change after opening is also good. This time I drank it slowly. ✌️ Right after opening the bottle Freshness of the freshly squeezed juice 👍 The sweetness is moderate and refreshing. The acidity is also pleasant. It goes well with a meal if it's a Kaiun 😊. Third day after night shift A little sweetness is coming out. Muscat? Like a Refreshing sweetness. The 6th day after opening the bottle yesterday It is sweeter than the 3rd day, but not too sweet. but not too sweet. The acidity in the aftertaste is still there. This is delicious ✨ When I went to buy this sake I found a sake that I wanted to try, I will review that sake next time ✌️ Cherry blossoms along the river in Minami-Izu are in full bloom: ☺️
