One more bottle to open this weekend!
This is the first time since we started Sake-no-Wa, Urakasumi by Mr. Saura!
This time it is Junmai Ginjo Zen!
I visited the brewery when my wife and I went on a trip to Matsushima and Sendai and was told that there was a sake called "Zen" under Urakasumi, so I finally brought it along this time!
Let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. First of all, the aroma is pleasant, as if it has a crisp aroma, but it doesn't.
When you put it in your mouth, a gentle sweetness and a very nice aroma spreads in your mouth.
Very calm, gentle, and beautiful impression.
After that, it has a wonderful gradation of bitterness that gradually fades away.
The lingering aftertaste is a gentle spiciness that spreads to the back of the throat.
Day 2
The sweetness, complexity, and richness of the wine are felt and it finishes beautifully.
Today, too, it has a very gentle and beautiful mouthfeel.
The slightly gorgeous aroma and complexity in the middle part of the bottle are impressive.
The lingering finish is very beautiful, and the bitterness and pungency are not so noticeable, giving the impression of an easy to drink sake.
It is also interesting that it has a rich and robust taste when served with a meal.
This weekend, we drank sake at home, so we can recharge our batteries for next week.

Good evening, ma-ki 😃.
I had imagined Urakasumi of Memories 😊 to be more classical and dry, like it would go well with sashimi, but it's a beautiful sake... and the illustrations and letters on the label are not stiff and zen 🥰I'm very interested in it!

Thank you, ichiro18!
I was under the impression that it was more dry since it was a long time before I got into sake, but it was mild, very beautiful and easy to drink 😋.
The label is also good 🤗

Good evening, ma-ki-.
I remember drinking this Urakasumi Zen almost 30 years ago when I was working in Sendai and felt for the first time that sake was delicious. I haven't had it since then, so I thought I would try it again 🥳.

Thank you Nao888!
It's like a label funny and hateful 😁✨✨.
I may be far from zen because I'm a bundle of worries, but I feel refreshed 😋.
Yes, I agree! Let's both work hard until the weekend 🤗

ma-ki-San, I'm sorry to hear that 😃.
Urakasumi Zen! I remember my father used to love this sake and he used to say proudly, "It's important to have this Zen on the back. ‼️" We used to drink it together 🥹That's delicious, isn't it!

Hi ma-ki-, good evening 🌛.
I'm regretting that I wasn't that into sake when I traveled in the past 😅.
I'm not sure if it's because of the sales channel, but there is a short store that carries "Urakasumi", but I reconfirmed that I haven't drunk it yet!
