This time it is Junmai dry sake from Jinya.
It is a Fukushima sake.
I had enjoyed a bottle of Jinyas nigori at SiZUK in Kyoto before, so I decided to bring this one back home, as I am a dry sake boomer.
It is served cold.
The first aroma is of fresh apples.
It has a mild mouthfeel.
The sweet and sour taste with a hint of apple gently rises, and the rice flavor like mochi (rice cake) expands in the mouth.
Overall, the sake is clean and tasty with just the right amount of bitterness.
The balance between the gentle apple flavor and the hard dry taste is delicious, and I prefer to drink it crisp and chilled.
I opened the bottle thinking it would go well with Setsubun ehomaki.
I opened the bottle thinking that it would go well with ehomaki rolls for Setsubun, but I was right.
This sake is also inexpensive,
And this taste is 👍.
I didn't know there was such a thing as eho sake.
Where is east-northeast? I'm looking at a compass and eating ehoumaki and drinking ehoumaki,
I'm sure we'll be blessed😊.

I can barely get a half size and I'm about to take a bite out of eating one without talking 😂.

Good evening, Hirupeko-san😄
I see there is a dry boom in sake crocodile like Hirupeko-san and Noby-san 🤔.
I had no idea about eh drinking, I thought I had to suck on a four-pack of sake and drink it up silently 😅.

Good morning, Aladdin. ☀️ Oh, I certainly imagine the picture like an old drunk 💭 I'm getting into the idea that dry, meaning less sweet, is easy to match with food wine 😊.

Hi, Hirupeko 😃
I see that in the Kansai region, they eat ehoumaki (sushi rolls).
I didn't know about this sake, but if it tastes like dry cider 🍎, I might like it!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby. I think you should drink from a trumpet 😱Oh, but they sold beer with a ehomaki pattern on it 🍺Maybe they serve sake too? No, no, it's too dangerous 💧.

Good evening, Haruei-chichi. I have been trying to eat ehoumaki since I was scolded by my coworkers when I first arrived in Kansai! It may not have the same apple flavor as dry cider, but it is an easy to drink drink drink.

Hi Ao. Jinya was new to me too, but it's a moderately good sake, SiZUK has a lot of rare sake in their lineup in Kyoto, I wish I could go back 😊.
