[The 2nd Bishu Competition Grand Tasting (15)
Finally, we have reached the last of the Bishu Competition reviews 😁.
The last one was still Fukui Ai🥰, a local sake 🍶.
Echizenmisaki Junmai Daiginjo Sakahomare
The aroma of sweet rice that starts lightly, the juicy flavor slowly builds up to a pleasantly sweet aftertaste that finishes with a sharp finish.
This completes the list of 15 sakes we received.
At the end, I had a chance to talk with the brewer of "Echizen Misaki", and to my surprise, he recognized "Menshu-Ou" as he had read my post on "Sake-no-Wa" 🤣.
And he also said he knows the person who presents "Echizen Cape" to Mr. Menshuoh from Fukui (i.e. himself Jayvee) 💦.
I never thought such a connection could be made, I want to cherish the [sakénowa no karma] ✨.

Jive, thank you for the Bishu Con report!
I could feel your love for sake in your careful posting of all the sake 🫶.
Gyve and Menshuoh's love for Echizenmisaki has reached the brewery, which is awesome😊.
I'm going to try drinking Echizenmisaki at home next time too 🍶.

Good evening, Mr. Gyves.
I wonder if the brewer is doing sakewa because he wants to know what the drinkers think?
Or is the brewer a sake geek like us? 😂

Good evening, Aladdin!
Next year's Bishu Competition will be held in Osaka in conjunction with the Osaka Expo, so I hope you will join us ✨.
I've been doing missionary work for "Echizen Misaki" at liquor stores and izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and it worked 😁.

Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san 🌛.
I never thought of it before, but I think the brewers might be watching "sake-no-wa" as a kind of ego-surveillance 🤔.
I can directly ask him about his evaluation of the sake.

Good evening, ma-ki🌛.
I was forced to participate because I thought it would be difficult to meet [Bishu Competition] again in my life, but I think it was a great decision for me personally 😁.
There are many kinds of Fukui sake, but please try "Echizen Misaki" ✨.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛.
I told the Tanabe Sake Brewery of "Echizen Misaki" the truth 🤣.
[I told him I was doing "Sake-no-wa" => he told me the name of Mr. Menshu-Ou => he told me the name of Jive => I told him it was me 😁.

Good evening, Mr. Noodle Sake King 🌛.
I'm sure the brewery was also looking forward to visiting Betsukai town 😁.
I think you may already be an official "Cape Echizen" influencer approved by the brewery 🤣.
