I'm probably a little tired from summer, but I'm dot tired today, too.
Even on a day like this, I want a refreshing sweet sake!
So the other day, I stopped by an underground liquor store in Keihan and happened to find a bottle of Naeba Shuzo's brewed forest junmai ginjo!
I had seen many posts about this sake on sakewa.com, and I had always wanted to try it 😊.
It's cloudy and slightly effervescent when poured into a glass ✨.
Let's start with the aroma.
First, the aroma. It has a sweet and refreshing aroma.
In the mouth, it tastes like a lactic acid drink and has a sweet taste - delicious 🎵.
Not only the sweetness, but also the bitterness in the second half of the drink makes it refreshing and easy to drink.
My wife was also pleased with the taste.
Every time I drink a new sake, I feel blissful and think that sake is really a wonderful drink.

Good evening, ma-ki-san 😊.
Oh, brewing forest, isn't it a pretty sweet sake 🌈?
When you are tired, a crisp sweet sake is good 😁.
Good luck for the weekend 👍

Kano, thanks for your comment.
Yes, it was a sweet sake! The sake was just as sweet as I imagined it would be 🎵.
But it was also more refreshing than I imagined, so I felt it would be perfect for summer 😊.
I'll try to keep going until the weekend: 👍️

ma-ki-san Good evening ^_^
When was the last time you drank "Brewing Forest"? I went back and looked and found that I hadn't drunk it for more than 2 years 😱.
When I drank it, the Junmai Ginjo was more to my liking, so I think I'll go out and buy some after a long time 😊.

Thank you for your comment, Manta-san.
Manta, you drank both Jungin and Daigin 🎵.
Daigin seems to be quite sweet, but I think it will become more balanced as the day goes by.

I've always liked sweet sake, but it's been spurred on lately 💧.
I'm sure you have a lot of sake to drink, Pon-chan, but if you have a chance, please give it a try 😊.

Thank you for your hard work, ma-ki🌛.
I'm getting a little tired myself 😵.
I've been drinking a lot of "Abe" lately, so I'd like to try some other Niigata sake once in a while, but I'd also like to drink them in the order that I bought them ✨.

Thank you for your comment, Gyve.
Gyve you have been on a lot of business trips and you may be tired 💧.
I am indeed curious about the order in which you bought them 😲 but I tend to cheat 😓.

Good morning, ma-ki 😃.
I guess the temperature difference between outside in the heat 🥵 and inside the air conditioner in the house 🏠 makes us tired 😮💨
At times like that, the sweet but refreshing brewed forest is a refreshing coolant 🎐. ☺️

Thanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby.
It is true that the temperature difference may be too great for your body to tolerate, even for a short time 💧.
Cooling agent! It was exactly as you described it, a refreshing sweet and tasty sake 🎵.
