It's a little expensive but I was shocked when I drank the different specs at Kurabiraki, so I bought it. The rice is Watafune No. 2 from Hyogo Prefecture. It's not from Shiga Prefecture even though it's Watafune No.2 🤔. Rich banana-like flavor and muscat flavor. Lingering taste is short. Some food combinations feel spicy. Well, it's elegant and tasty, but I thought it's different from the one I had at the kurabiraki because it's bag-hung and the BY is different😅.

Good evening, Nemuchi 😃. I went to Nisshimura-san for a long time because I thought I could buy it for sure since it was in stock 😁. I think the fact that they are now using the old style sake yeast is a big part of it 🤔I wish they would let us compare 🤣.

Thank you, Mr. Yoohee 😆. I've been so quiet that people don't even notice me (or ignore me?). But 🤣A and Un are artistically labeled 🎨. The one I drank at the brewery was a bag suspension and was also a raw sake, so I have a completely different impression 🤔.
