It's a good time to drink on weekends because I can relax and enjoy a glass of sake with my wife!
This weekend, it's ICHIHAKUSUISEI by Fukurokuju Sake Brewery!
This time it's Akita Sake Komachi Junmai Daiginjo!
This year I had many encounters with ICHIHAKUSUINARI!
I was disappointed when I couldn't find the sake I was looking for at the liquor store, but then my eye caught sight of this sake and I brought it home!
Let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness that is just as fruity as the aroma!
Then, it disappeared in a flash, leaving a refreshing bitterness and a faint sweetness in the aftertaste.
It was a delicious sake that was very light and easy to drink.
And when paired with a meal, the strong umami and slightly pungent flavor emerges and is also delicious!
The second day
When you put it in your mouth, it has a fruity and gentle sweetness.
Today, sweetness and bitterness are mixed gently from the beginning, and the balance is good.
The lingering bitterness spreads slowly and is very pleasant to drink.
Above all, the flavor when paired with a meal was irresistible in my opinion!
I can drink it without hesitation on weekends, so it's really a blissful time!
