I was looking at the fridge at home and thought 🤔 I want something refreshing since I've been drinking a lot of sweet sake, and this is what was chosen 🤗. It's my first Chokaiyama ‼️ I had wanted to try it for a while, but after seeing T.KISO's post, my desire became even stronger, and when I bumped into him at a liquor store at the end of the year, I got it without hesitation👍. I'll make love to you I'll make love to you ♬ I take a sip and woohoo! It's clearly different from the sake I've been drinking recently 😍This is fresh and clean, with a sweet and sour taste combined with sourness and sweetness. Nobby: I love this 🥹! Jay: It's kinda like the Honkin that we had at the Shinshu Sake Festival last year😄. Nobby: Is that right? You remember it well 😳 Just to be sure, I went back to the post of Honkin from the J&N Sake no Wa record and it said "The acidity is on the surface, but there is a full-bodied sweetness that shows up in the middle of it, and it's really good! It says, "The acidity is on the surface, but within the acidity, a rich sweetness also comes out. Mmmmmm.... And it goes on and on... I love it! I love this 🥹" it says. No, he says the same thing at ⁉️ that he doesn't remember 🤣 But it means your favorite taste hasn't changed 🤗

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌆. Oh, I bought a Junmai Daiginjo after struggling with this one 😆 The review seems to be close to the image of Daiginjo: ❗️ sweet and sour but clean, crisp and easy to drink 😆.
