The sake was made in February but sold in August.

The aroma is fresh when opened after chilling the bottle.
The fresh aroma when opened chilled, the freshness, and the crispness without feeling aged for half a year.
You would think it was a fresh sake 😊.
It has a strong sweetness with a muscat flavor.
It flows beautifully with a hint of acidity.
It also has the added smoothness of Jun Daigin 😊.
Today, we had shabu shabu with beef, vegetables, mushrooms
and freshly picked edamame!
I am so happy to see these magnificent iridescent clouds in Shinshu 😊.
