I've been curious about this sake for a long time 🩷I've heard it's like a rosé wine 🩷but I've never had rosé wine so I can't imagine what it tastes like😅so I figured the quickest way is to actually drink it 🍶and open the bottle 🍶.
The bottle is opened with a screw cap for safety and security 💨No gas 👀There is some lees but it is only a small amount of lees so I mix it ✨The top aroma is strawberry with sweetness 🍓The sweetness in the mouth is supported by a firm acidity, sweet but not too sweet 😋It is like a rosé wine with a slightly thick mouth feel 🍷Although I haven't drunk it. 🤣It looks cute and sweet so it's good for a toast or after dinner drink🥰I paired it with cream cheese and it was excellent❣️I guess I should have waited until Christmas 🥹.

I was under the impression that last year's pink had quite a bit of corkage, and this year it has a different vibe from the outside, so I'm looking forward to it😇
