ちえびじん、nouveauを開栓しました🎉
今回はちえびじんの新酒、nouveau🍾
新酒の生酒なので、発売してすぐ飲みたかったのですが、ようやく出番がきました😆
昨年も飲んで、美味しかった記憶だったので今年もリピしましたよ😉
では早速いただきます🥂
まずは香り
フレッシュで華やかな香り
口に含むと、何とも判断できないフルーツの凝縮された甘さが一瞬ブワッと広がり、すぐに引いて、フレッシュなピチピチのガス感と共に程よい渋味と苦味がきます
後口にはスッキリとした余韻で綺麗なキレ
これは白ワイン🤍だわぁ🤤
全く日本酒感がない。
甘さから渋味にシフトする感じがワインそっくり！
でも苦味と渋味は強くないので白ワインより飲みやすい🍶
最初の甘さがぶどうじゃないから、日本酒なんだけど、このnouveauの甘さは考えても思い当たらない甘さでした😅
米🌾なのか…🤔ちょっと変わった甘さなんだよね〜。
なんか去年と味わいが違うなぁ🧐
今年は新酒らしくない、複雑な味わいに思いました。
ちょっと癖があるから、これは食事を選ぶかも☝️
これは悪くはないし、また違ったちえびじんに出会えましたよ🥰
