Zenkichi-san's Nakazen Shuzo sake 🍶💕 has been the talk of the town lately at Sake no Wa.
Because Zenkichi-san was delicious too,
I have high expectations for this one too.
It's a low alcohol 500ml, so it's a style of manachiru (lol).
I'll have it right away!
It is said that the sake is brewed with lactic acid bacteria found in a local dish called "Sunki".
I couldn't even open the bottle 😅💦.
Vibrant bacteria and yeast are bubbling away at 😶🌫️
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
After 10 minutes of fighting, the bottle was finally opened 🎉😭.

The aroma is already a lactic acid aroma of Yakult type 🎶(lol).
I also feel a hint of banana 👍
It also tastes like calpis soda ❣️🤣🤣🤣
Calpis soda has a refreshing citrusy taste 💕.
The strong gassy feeling (according to the brewery, yeast farts lol) is also a nice accent (≧∇≦)b
