The brewer is Kitayasu Brewery, which also brews Okuni, but this one is a limited edition from Hakuba, so I bought it at a roadside station! Nagano has a lot of good sake. ☺️
When you open the bottle, it reminds me of the modest but juicy ☺️ Awasetsu from Nagano! I bought it in the middle of summer.
The sweetness and acidity spreads and disappears in the mouth as quickly as light snow. The lingering aftertaste is slightly bitter and finishes off slightly 🤗 just like light snow!
When I bought it, I was soothed by the green of the Northern Alps, but I'm sure they are now covered in beautiful snow ✨that's what I was thinking as I tasted the good sake 🍶😁.
