Since this is not my usual store, I am troubled by the many unfamiliar brands. Here is one I have never seen before.
It was a Ryusuisen brewery with a cool label.
It is a refreshing sake with low acidity. It is a food sake. The fat from the tuna yukke (yukke) flows through it and it makes the cup go down a storm.
