I accidentally lost the timing to open it,
I was afraid to open it, but it seems to be OK.
I was a bit nervous to open it, but I think it will be OK.
I want to drink this year's sake, too!
The acidity is high, but the sweetness is there, so it's easy to drink,
It has a high acidity, but it's sweet enough to be easy to drink!
It tastes different, but I can drink it like drinking apple cider vinegar.
The sweet but refreshing acidity is not fair.
Citric acid from white yeast rice.
Citric acid does a good job, doesn't it?
It doesn't have the lightness of wine, though,
I prefer this sake-like taste.
This sweetness is like rice.
Delicious - I think I'm going to open a bottle in a jiffy.
