I had never seen this sake before, so I ordered it.
Junmai Daiginjo Bottle Fired Dewa Sanzu Tamba Kumi
Even the Daiginjo has a lingering taste. It has a fruity and concentrated taste like wine. If I see it again, I want to order it.
I would like to try it with cheese.
