I bought this at a liquor store in Tochio, Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, which is famous for fried bean curd.
But it was delicious✨.
Slightly effervescent and very fresh!
I was betrayed in a good way!
They use only "Koshitanrei" sake rice grown by local sake brewers in the terraced rice paddies of Tochio!
The local community cooperates in rice farming🌾.
