The second cup was the brewery's namesake, Toyosawa 70, a 70% pure rice polish. It is a little darker and more robust than the Mujyo-hai, but has a refreshing taste, just like a summer sake. It goes well with the lightly flavored kisuten and anago-ten (sea eel tempura), as well as the earlier one! I don't think I'll be able to stop.
