たによし
Nama yeast, Tenshitsu, unfiltered junmai sake.
Slightly yellowish. Delicious and easy to drink. You will drink too much of this sake. It has a delicious yet mild taste.
It is my favorite sake and I would like to repeat it again.
The rice used is 100% Okuidumo improved Omachi, 70% polishing ratio, 5% sake alcohol by volume, 15% alcohol by volume, no additive yeast.
