I thought I had never heard of Arisawa, but then I was told that the famous brand name is Bunkajin, which I had heard of.
Special Junmai Sake Narukomai.
It is made with deep-sea yeast.
It seems to have a gaseous taste when it's freshly opened.
It's refreshing, with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It seems to be dry, but it is well-balanced and easy to drink.
There are different types of deep-sea yeast, and it is said that the brewer selects the yeast that best suits the sake quality he is aiming for.
The label on the back of the bottle says that AA is for Bavana, CEL for apple, and so on.
Mr. Ippo, you teach me so much 🤣.
