The alcohol is explosively cheap, about 800 yen at Donki. It was made in November, purchased in December, and opened in February. It has a yellowish, slightly aged aroma, but it is clean, clear, and has a slight sweetness. This may be better than buying sake at a supermarket or convenience store and making a mistake, but it's also more affordable. The hinekka comes out too soon. I wonder if the management at the donkey shop was so bad. This company used to make a strong sake called San'in Togo for the enthusiasts, but for some reason, they ended up selling San'in Togo after releasing a completely different type of fruity sake called Hoshitori. I wish I could have tried San'in Togo. I heard that the toji is the same person as before, but I wonder if he is working separately from the others. I sense a lot of darkness in this place! I don't know if I should write this, but the format of the label on the back of Hoshitori and Shimane's Kunihiki is similar, and the text on twitter is very similar, but I wonder if the origin is the same. I looked it up and found a Kunitake with the same label as this one, so I think I got a bingo! Sanin Togo, I might try to buy some where they still have it in stock. It's good for warming up, but there seems to be a sweet and sour type of sake. Fukura Shuzo, Kunitaki Shuzo and Matsui Shuzo, a whiskey company, have the same website layout and both Matsui and Kunitaki have Nishijin textile labels, so I think they are affiliated companies.
