The "Toki no Kane" (bell of time) is located in Kawagoe, about 400 meters from the warehouse.
The top aroma is lime. Junmai sake is not so sweet, but this one has plenty of sweetness. This is also a mellow sake. Legs are weak, and the liquid has a slight yellow tinge.
