Domaine Watanabe after a long time♪
This is my favorite sake in Niigata, one of the hardest hit areas for sake.
Is this taste sake? The flavor and acidity are exquisite...it was supposed to be...but my nose is stuffed up and I can't taste it (T_T).
After a day, so and so like this, I am relieved that this has become a domaine. It's a good wine (LOL)
