I didn't visit the brewery, but this is from Osawa Sake Brewery in Saku🍶.
I was told that they also use low-pesticide rice produced in Ueda.
The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet.
The first sip has a slightly sweet aroma with a hint of acidity and a mild sweetness.
We enjoyed it with Ueda's specialty, yakitori with delicious sauce (not pictured) 🍶✨️
